Career Launch is the workforce prep component of our teen program. Paired with Diplomas 2 Degrees & our Keystone Club, Career Launch prepares our teens to enter their post-high school experience ready to take full advantage of the opportunities that present themselves. Our Career Launch offering introduces youth to the world of work & provides them the tools & network needed in prep for a future career. Whether exposing our youth to growing & lucrative industries, connecting them to professionals in their fields of interests, or providing them work experience as early as freshman year - our workforce program amplifies the lessons learned across our other teen program offerings & prepares them for great futures.
Our movement's commitment to our future workforce was further exemplified early 2019 when BGCA President, Jim Clark joined the CEO’s & Governors of 24 other companies & states on the White House’s American Workforce Policy Advisory Board. In step with our national movement's commitment to preparing our youth for future jobs, BGCNR leverages community & corporate partners in order to provide diverse & underprivileged groups a competitive advantage in our nation’s workforce.
