Workforce Development Programs

Our Workforce Development Programs, in partnership with the Mariano Rivera Foundation, provide teens and young adults with hands-on training, industry-recognized skills, and personalized career pathways designed for today’s workforce. Through this collaboration, participants gain access to high-demand fields such as culinary arts, digital printing, EMS/EMT, and public safety, while building essential professional skills including leadership, communication, and financial literacy. By combining real-world experience, mentorship, and academic support, this partnership empowers our young people to graduate, secure meaningful employment, and pursue higher education with confidence—creating lasting pathways to economic mobility and lifelong success.
